Garlic Chutney for Chaat is a chutney you will need for making all those popular Savoury Indian Chaats like Bhel, Sev Puri, etc. You need to have this ready and handy before you begin to make them. [ Standard Measure: 1 cup = 250 ml ]
- Garlic (peeled) – ¼ cup
- Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder – 1 ½ tbsp..
- Salt – ½ tsp.
Take the garlic, chilly powder and salt in a chutney jar and grind it to a lump-less smooth fine paste using 150 ml water. Then use in your Chaats or take in a sterile jar and store in the refrigerator.
