You need some fresh steaks of Kingfish to prepare the Kingfish Lemon Pepper Fried. The combination of lemon and pepper is just yummy and since the fish is shallow fried you have a tasty fish fried using less oil.

Prep. Time: 10 Mins. + 30 Mins. (marination)
Cooking Time: 20 Mins.
- King Fish Slices [Surmai]– 4 medium
- Limes – 2 medium
- Black Pepper Powder – 3 tsp.
- Oil – 2 tbsp.
- Salt – 1 tsp. or to taste
Step 1: Squeeze the limes on a flat plat. Add the salt and pepper and mix well. Marinate the fish in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2: Heat a tbsp. of oil in a non-stick pan and fry the fish on low heat, two slices at a time, for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
