Cooking Time: 25 to 30 Mins.
- Full Fat Milk – 1 litre + 150 ml
- Sugar – 8 to 10 tbsp.
- Custard Powder (vanilla) – 4 tbsp.
- Condensed Milk – 4 tbsp.
- Cashew Nuts (chopped) – ¼ cup

- Mixed Fruit [canned/tinned] (finely chopped) – 1 cup
Step 1: Mix the custard powder in 150 ml. milk at room temperature and keep aside.
Step 2: Bring 1 litre milk to a boil in a heavy bottom pan. Reduce the heat and continue boiling for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Add the sugar, condensed milk and the cashew nuts and let it simmer on low heat for approximately 5 minutes.
Step 4: Add the custard mixed milk and keep stirring on low heat till it starts to thicken. Keep stirring so that no lumps are formed for 6 to 8 minutes (once cooked it will coat the back of a spoon). Take off the heat and allow it to cool completely.
